1. Free Demo Class — Try Before You Pay
At Samarth Computer Education, our philosophy has always been transparency and trust. We offer a 100% Free Demo Class for every course before you make any payment or financial commitment.
This allows prospective students and parents to:
- Interact directly with the course instructor and experience the teaching style.
- Inspect our computer labs, workstation hardware, and learning environment at our Chandkheda campus.
- Review the detailed module breakdown and syllabus to ensure it matches their career or academic goals.
We encourage all students to take full advantage of the free demo session so you can make a confident, well-informed enrollment decision.
2. Cancellation Prior to Batch Commencement
- If a student officially cancels their admission in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled batch start date, the tuition fee paid will be refunded after deducting a standard administrative processing fee of ₹500.
- Registration or study material kit charges already delivered/issued are non-refundable.
3. Withdrawal After Batch Commencement
- Once a batch commences and a student has attended regular classes, seat allocation is confirmed and faculty resources are dedicated. Consequently, tuition fees are non-refundable after a student has attended more than 2 regular classroom/lab sessions.
- If a student experiences unforeseen genuine hardship (severe medical emergency, relocation outside Gujarat), they may apply for a special review with our Director desk.
4. Flexible Batch Transfer & Course Pause Options
Rather than forfeiting fees, we offer generous academic flexibility:
- Batch Timing Change: If your college or work schedule changes, you may request a transfer to a morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend batch free of cost, subject to seat availability.
- Course Freeze / Pause: If college exams, family events, or job demands require a temporary break, you may pause your course for up to 3 months and resume with a subsequent batch without paying extra fees.
- Course Credit Transfer: In special circumstances, fees paid for one course may be adjusted toward another program of equal or greater value with administrative approval.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
- All refund requests must be formally submitted via email to samarthcompedu@gmail.com or in person at our administrative office with the original fee receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original mode of payment (Bank Transfer / UPI). No cash refunds are issued for security and accounting compliance.
