By browsing samarthcomputereducation.in, booking a demo class, or enrolling in any computer, programming, accounting, or IT program at Samarth Computer Education, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Admissions & Eligibility
- Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to batch seat availability (maximum 10–15 students per batch to ensure individual 1-on-1 PC access).
- Students must provide accurate personal, contact, and academic details during registration.
- Prerequisites for specific programs (e.g., basic logic for Data Science/Python, or 10th/12th qualification for CCC) are outlined on individual course syllabus pages.
3. Fee Payment & Installments
- Course fees are clearly communicated prior to admission. Fees may be paid in full or via agreed installment (EMI) schedules where eligible.
- Installment payments must be completed by the agreed due dates to maintain uninterrupted access to computer lab sessions.
- All official fee receipts are issued digitally or on physical institutional slips with tax/receipt numbers.
4. Attendance & Academic Integrity
- To receive an institutional Course Completion Certificate, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance and complete mandatory hands-on projects/assignments.
- Students missing sessions due to unavoidable medical or academic circumstances can request doubt-clearing sessions or batch-catchup support through our faculty team.
5. Computer Lab & Campus Code of Conduct
- Every student is assigned an individual PC workstation during their allocated lab hour.
- Students must respect all institute hardware, software licenses, network infrastructure, and fellow peers.
- Unauthorized modification of system software, installation of unapproved pirated programs, or cyber-malpractice is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate disciplinary dismissal.
- CCTV monitoring is active throughout the premises for the safety, security, and well-being of all students, faculty, and visitors.
6. Certification & Examination
- Institutional Certificates: Issued upon successful completion of curriculum requirements and project evaluations. Certified under our ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- External & Government Certifications: For exams such as NIELIT CCC, official exam fees and examination schedules are governed directly by the respective government body. We provide complete coaching, mock tests, and application guidance.
7. Placement Assistance Scope
Samarth Computer Education provides dedicated placement assistance to students who complete advanced career tracks (Full Stack, Python, Data Science, Power BI, Tally Prime GST). This includes:

9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with institutional services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
